On most occasions the final video will be sent to you as a download link hosted on our servers for 30 days. This link will download a ‘Zip’ compressed folder that will require extracting before the video can be viewed.
Keeping track of post-production
At the start of a project we will discuss an estimate of how much time each video will require in post, and allocate our editor(s) to your project.
This edit time will be set within the quote e.g. 4 hours as an estimate of how long your project will take to process. This includes all stages of the project, from ingesting the rushes, rendering, exporting and doing the edits and alterations. We endeavour to perform all post-production within this quoted time, but on occasion the post-production process can exceed this.
To keep you notified throughout the process, we will email a table which logs time spent throughout the project.
